Canasta is played with two standard 52-card decks plus four jokers (108 cards total). How to Play Canasta

The goal is to score 5,000 points before your opponents. Players form melds — groups of three or more cards of the same rank. A canasta is a meld of exactly seven cards and scores a bonus: a natural canasta (no wilds) is worth 500 points, while a mixed canasta (some wilds) is worth 300. Jokers count 50 points each; 2s count 20 each. Red 3s are bonus cards placed face-up for 100 points each. Black 3s block the discard pile from being picked up. Going out — playing all cards from your hand — earns a 100-point bonus.
